Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I just absolutely LOVE Dali Decals!! I started off with just one funny one for our toilet, then ordered another one for my living room, then another one for my friend's baby room and now yet another for my spare bedroom. They always get so much attention when company comes over. Such a great idea for a wall that just needs "something" extra. And I have to say....Dali Decals customer service is THE BEST (always so nice and they have a way of making you feel as though you are their friend)!!!   I live in apartment and painting wasn't allowed so I opted to go with this wall decal to add visual interest to a large beige wall. Installation was easy and so was removal (I'm moving in a few days). I had my decal up for five years which, to me, is evidence of high quality materials. I highly recommend this product.
