  My wall decal from Dali arrived at my house (in Ontario Canada) 2 weeks after I purchased it! It was very easy to put up (we needed about 3 sets of hands for some areas) and it is absolutely beautiful. Everyone who sees our Tall Tree with Leaves Blowing in the Wind is amazed by how awesome it looks! I was also super excited to see all the free extras they included with my purchase.   We love our decals and totally have Decal Obsessive Disorder now! I asked for expedited handling and even though I ordered it a bit late in the day they were ready to go the next day! Good packaging, not a ton of packing material to toss. Really quite easy to apply, but we took a lot of time planning. The instruction video said 1.5hr but we took about half a day - mostly with planning and getting fancy with leaves going behind branches etc. We also got the coral decal - love that! The canvas print was very high quality, and they somehow got the foreground to print thicker so that it almost looks three-dimensional! Advice on applying: anything that has parts that sticks out - branches, the coral sections, etc., cut that section separate from another section but leaving the "base" attached to the main decal - i.e. let it have "fingers" still attached to the main "hand" - easier to apply and keep it smooth. Decals also do bend around corners -just keep it tight up to the corner. Will definitely be ordering more prints and maybe other decals too!

  The team at Dali Decals provided outstanding customer service from the very first time I called and were helpful every step of the way. We received the monogram decals for our daughter's nursery and couldn't wait to put them up. The directions were helpful and easy to follow. Moreover, the font and size is absolutely perfect and looks so elegant on the wall! It looks as though we had someone professionally hand paint our daughter's first and middle name.   I recently purchased and installed the Swirling Tree. I chose dalidecal because they were responsive through the whole ordering process. My tree was nicely packaged and arrived as promised. The product was easy to work with and manuever as long as you did not press too hard when positioning it on the wall. Once it was at the right spot, the flat applicator helped remove any air bubbles. My suggestion is to cut the excess backing off before beginning to overlap any pieces. The final product turned out great. Definitely suggested this company to my family and friends. They will not disappoint you and are willing to help with any questions.
