  Just a quick note to let you know how wonderful the decal is that we ordered from Dali Decals! It is the perfect addition to our babies nursery and it was so easy and fun to put up!   Love it! After much resistance, I finally set up a much-needed home office. I bought a nice quote for the wall that looks GREAT and provides some good motivation. It was a bit challenging to get everything level, but it was, it was easy to put up and looks spectacular.
  
  Now I need one to keep me motivated at work :-)

  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   Dear Dali Wall Decals,
  
  I just wanted to share a picture with you all...while my original intention was to use your large infinity symbol decal on our handmade wedding "guest book" it didn't quite work out that way. The decal didn't adhere totally flat due to the wood being uneven so I decided to use the decal as a stencil! However, the names did lay flat, but they just weren't the right color for the project. So after a 10 minute chat with an incredibly helpful Dali employee I had new name decals special ordered! Just wanted to thank you for always taking care of your customers! Now, my husband and I are working on placing your Robot decals in our baby's nursery....so more pictures to come!
