They took the ball and ran with it... and came up with the most amazing design I've ever seen! And they got it done fast enough that I could have it in time for a party I was throwing.   WOW! I was blown away by the rapid response and superb customer service. Alicia was fantastic! She worked very closely with me to make sure that I was happy with my purchase.   Love it!! Such a beautiful decal and EASY to apply. I got the dandelion blowing in the wind and I am 100% in love with it. Looks gorgeous- like its painted on!   We have now put up the 3rd decal in our home and love love love love love them! This most recent one was the large dandelion which we put in our master bath. My husband put it up without reading the instructions the first time and it was not a pretty scene, but totally his not the product's fault. Second one bought, I emailed them for tips on top of the instructions, how impressed was I when I got a phone call from them the next day - now THAT is customer service. We have also used the family of elephants (in our little one's nursery) and the parachutes in our oldest son's bedroom...everyone who has seen them has been so impressed as are we at the ease of putting them up (when you follow instructions lol!)
