  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   The Cherry Blossom Tree decal more than exceeded my expectations. I completed the install by myself, which was only slightly challenging. One suggestion I would make for other people who get this decal is that cutting the sections into smaller sections makes placement both easier and more accurate in terms of alignment. One other suggestion I would make is for people who are considering this decal to examine the layout of the wall they are considering in correlation to any light sources. I did not get the matte color option, so at times there can be a glare on the decal, as it was placed directly across from a window. All in all, my entire experience with Dali was excellent. The delivery was quick and the extra decals that were included went perfectly with the scheme I had planned. I will definitely be using this company again.

  I just wanted to share a picture with you all...while my original intention was to use your large infinity symbol decal on our handmade wedding "guest book" it didn't quite work out that way. The decal didn't adhere totally flat due to the wood being uneven so I decided to use the decal as a stencil! However, the names did lay flat, but they just weren't the right color for the project. So after a 10 minute chat with an incredibly helpful Dali employee I had new name decals special ordered! Just wanted to thank you for always taking care of your customers! Now, my husband and I are working on placing your Robot decals in our baby's nursery....so more pictures to come!
