  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I just wanted to take a minute to thank you and all of Dali Decals for their excellent customer service. You all responded so quickly to my inquiries in creating our decal for our son to be's nursery and were so kind and easy to work with when there was a mistake in the colors. I just really appreciate the customer service and feel that sometimes we forget to say thank you. Thanks for making me smile every time I walk past his room.

  I have a huge master bedroom wall that I have had several types of art work created to try to fill this space. I was not sure if this decal would be large enough but after I got it on the wall it’s wonderful!! Perfect size and the instillation was easy as 1…2…3. I love the idea of the decals so much I ordered name and design decals for both my kids rooms and several others to put throughout my home.   I ordered 10 custom decals for my company- huge colorful "Code of Conduct" decals to hang all over around the building. The customer service I received, both when I called with a question and when I was contacted because I'm bad at math and didn't use the right dimensions, was stellar. Robert was a huge help to me, and it was so refreshing to have customer service like that.

  I had a super awesome print session this weekend, thanks to the amazing creative technologies of Dali Designs.........As a digital artist I have often felt uncomfortable turning over my printing to massive print companies that focus mainly on quantity and not the details of my real print needs. Though at the same time its been hard to find smaller print companies that have the more expensive technologies needed to produce the Super High Resolution prints I want....."problem solved"....thanks to Dali Designs I now have a complete print solution that produces the quality prints I need in the flexible way I need them. I am now totally inspired to create new line digital art specifically to designed to maximize the dynamic range of materials and ideas provided to me by Dali Designs......Thank u David and Alicia for helping me take my art to the to the next level..........
