  Love it! After much resistance, I finally set up a much-needed home office. I bought a nice quote for the wall that looks GREAT and provides some good motivation. It was a bit challenging to get everything level, but it was, it was easy to put up and looks spectacular.
  
  Now I need one to keep me motivated at work :-)

  Bought the Medium size alphabet tree decal. changed up the leaf colors to soft blue, soft green, and bronze. and after a couple hours - we have a GREAT wall mural for our nursery. easy to follow direction, reliable product, and fast delivery. am already thinking of what else we could do in the house with dali decals!   I so rarely write anything like this that it takes something EXCEPTIONALLY good to overcome my inherent laziness!
  
  With that said, first of all! I ordered a small $10 decal to see if Dali Decals was as good as they seemed or if it was just hype.
  
  Well, that worked out well and they have a super awesome shipping box (wait til you see it) so I decided to do a custom order.
  
  I had a couple issues with the Illustrator file and Alicia from support gave me *BY FAR* the best support I've had from any company in any industry for at least the past 3 years. It is *SOOOO RARE* these days to find a company that has a quality product with a quality website and quality ordering and quality support. I recommend Dali Decals to anyone who will listen.   I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.

  I live in apartment and painting wasn't allowed so I opted to go with this wall decal to add visual interest to a large beige wall. Installation was easy and so was removal (I'm moving in a few days). I had my decal up for five years which, to me, is evidence of high quality materials. I highly recommend this product.
