thanks you so much it was great working with you to get exactly what i wanted. it shipped incredibly fast and was in perfect shape when it got here. i havent put it up yet because we decided to save it for a more permanent place. ill definitely be a repeat buyer.

Love it! After much resistance, I finally set up a much-needed home office. I bought a nice quote for the wall that looks GREAT and provides some good motivation. It was a bit challenging to get everything level, but it was, it was easy to put up and looks spectacular.
Now I need one to keep me motivated at work :-)

I so rarely write anything like this that it takes something EXCEPTIONALLY good to overcome my inherent laziness!
With that said, first of all! I ordered a small $10 decal to see if Dali Decals was as good as they seemed or if it was just hype.
Well, that worked out well and they have a super awesome shipping box (wait til you see it) so I decided to do a custom order.
I had a couple issues with the Illustrator file and Alicia from support gave me *BY FAR* the best support I've had from any company in any industry for at least the past 3 years. It is *SOOOO RARE* these days to find a company that has a quality product with a quality website and quality ordering and quality support. I recommend Dali Decals to anyone who will listen. They are like the Apple of interior decoration.

I purchased the Fancy and Elegant Monogram Personalized for my son's room. It turned out GREAT!!! Everyone thinks that his name is painted on the wall. It was not a challenge to put on at all. I have also been told that the decal makes his room look as if it belongs in a magazine. I love Dali decals!! Thank you so much! ** My walls are textured a little and this did not cause a problem applying the decal** I am moving and I plan to purchase another decal just like it because I love the one I have so much...

I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
