  Wow! Everyone just loves the Tree Blowing in the Wind decal I put in our nursery. I did need help with the trunk but the leaves, owl and birds were a breeze to put up. I'm also impressed with the fact they send a picture of the image so I could map out the leaves. Now, our baby can look up and be greeted by nature every morning. It's beautiful and the "extras" Dali Decals sent exceeded my expectations. I would totally order from them again!

  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I have to admit after receiving my decals (which arrived days before it was supposed to) I got nervous. I ordered a larger decal but everything went so well-it does take some time but the results are great! I find myself stopping to look in my dining room often to admire my work-company coming tonight and can't wait to hear what they have to say. I've already got another decal in mind for a bedroom :)
