  I had ordered the Bubbles in two colors (choc brown and orange) for my studio apartment back in Nov 08. I apologize for writing this a year later but the decals have been holding up. I remember the buying process was smooth, easy to navigate website and color options were numerous. The instructions were easy to follow. The bubbles have given my apt a very chic and hip look. I went out and bought matching drapes, furniture and knick-knacks to accentuate the colors in my apt. I even painted two accent walls choc brown and green (the orange gives it a kick). Thank you!   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I'm a new happy customer. I found out about Dali Decals by reading about a local promotion. Even though I missed out on the promotional offer, I was really impressed with all the customer pics and reviews. I was at a loss on what to get my boss who is expecting her first child and when I saw the Elegant & Swirly Framed Monogram I had to get it for her. When I gave it to my boss this week she just fell in love with it. It's going to go perfect in baby Abby's room!
