  We are so happy with the tree decal we ordered! We put it up in the nursery for our new baby boy, Jack. All visitors and relatives over the past few days have been blown away by the tree and eager to log on to your site and cruise around. I hope it means more traffic to your site and more sales, too!   I ordered my 1st ever decals after i received not 1 but 2 gift certificates as gifts and can i just say WOW! I love them, they we super easy to install. i bought 4 decals and have only installed two of them and as i was installing them i was trying to figure out what else i could buy.   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.
