  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   Customer service=A+++ I love these decals. I ordered the bubbles/circles in hot pink, green, and aquarium blue to match my 10 year old daughters new bedroom. One black wall, three lime burst green walls. I put all the different color bubbles on the black wall and it has turned out GREAT! a few pink and blue scattered on the other walls. Perfect!!!   I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.

  Bought the Exotic Sakura Decals and just applied them to my wall today - LOVE THEM!
  This was my first attempt in doing this - watched a video; followed your directions and it came out BEAUTIFUL!
  It is very easy to apply and even though this particular decal had parts to match up - it wasn\'t difficult to join them flawlessly.
