  I LOVE LOVE LOVE my stickers. I put the giraffes in my daughter's room. It wasn't super fast, but didn't take forever either, and it looks fabulous. I also put up some cherry blossoms in my guest room and it looks like they were painted on. I rent the house I am in, and it is great not to have to put more holes into the wall. Great products.   I had the large cherry blossom branch up in my apartment for over 2 years and it never peeled off, cracked, wilted, or anything like that. It remained perfect throughout hot temperature, air conditioning, humidity, etc. When I removed it, it came off no problem without a trace on the wall. It was beautiful; the only reason I even removed it is because I moved out. The branch and all of the blossoms came as separate pieces, which although time consuming to put up was well worth it because I could arrange it however I wanted. They provided more than enough of the blossoms, I even had extra left over. All in all, great quality products and fantastic customer service!

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
