  I purchased this set of decals along with another set that I have not applied yet because I am doing a memory wall and don't have all of the materials yet.
  
  I was so nervous about the application of the decals I was going crazy. Dali Decals is one of the best companys I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with and I do a ton of online purchasing.
  
  Both of my orders, placed seperately, arrived within a week and there was always a little something extra in the package.

  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I just applied a set of fun ocean decals in the bath at our lake house. I spent a little time planning out spacing, then tested out the spacing by hanging them on the wall using blue painter's tape. Then I followed the directions and in just a couple of hours had totally changed the look of the room! Very cool, very professional looking, and unique! My husband was genuinely impressed at the final product, and it makes me smile every time I go into the room. Thanks!
