  I received a beautiful branch with birds as a housewarming gift. It is extremely beautiful, tasteful, artistic and very high quality. It transformed my room immediately. I searched other websites but there is just no comparison in prices, design, customer service and quality. If they keep their good prices, I am looking forward to redecorating my whole house!!

  I ordered my daughter's name for her nursery and when it came it was too light to see on my wall and too small for my tall ceilings (which was not their fault). Dali Decals was SO helpful in sending me color samples and helping me quickly get another one ordered in a larger size. It looks SO good I could not be happier!!!   I got the Tall Tree Waving in the Wind decal and it is just gorgeous. Even prettier than it looked in the photo. The combo of the glossy trunk and matte leaves works very well, too.   I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
