I received the replacement roll today and they are perfect. I wanted to write this email because I used to work in customer service and rarely did the comments that we received ever contained positive feedback. I just absolutely LOVE Dali Decals!! I started off with just one funny one for our toilet, then ordered another one for my living room, then another one for my friend's baby room and now yet another for my spare bedroom. They always get so much attention when company comes over. Such a great idea for a wall that just needs "something" extra. And I have to say....Dali Decals customer service is THE BEST (always so nice and they have a way of making you feel as though you are their friend)!!! I will be a loyal customer for quite a long time. Thanks Dali!!

I bought the "At the worst, a house unkept cannot be so distressing as a life unlived" quote and placed it over my kitchen sink with new lighting. Everything from the ordering to the installation was very simple. This had a huge impact on our little kitchen area. I love it!

Overall I'm EXTREMELY satisfied by the decals I ordered from Dali. We have textured walls, and it was rather difficult getting the decals to stick, but after applying a clear coat sealant over the decals, we haven't had any peel off. The decals look AMAZING and the colors are spot-on! I will definitely be using Dali again, and I'd also recommend others to use them as well! Thanks Dali!!

I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
