  This is AWESOME!!!! it was the perfect touch to my daughters room!! the fairy with the dandelion is so cute and makes it so girly in her room. I'm now looking at something for the living room. your prices are great, the decal was so easy to put up, the shipping was fast and customer service was great.   We ordered the "Tree with Swirling and Spiraling Branches" in dark brown. BEAUTIFUL! Great customer service, they marked each piece for us so we knew which was the middle and the top. My husband says, "it looks like paint on the wall.' It took a little patience making sure each piece overlapped correctly and even though we didn't get it perfectly placed, you couldn't tell because the tree was so busy.

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.

  I love my inspirational quote decal! It\'s on the wall in my bathroom. It was pretty easy to put up. Although I admit I did try to make rocket science out of getting it perfectly straight. But I knew once it was up it was there to stay so I wanted to get it right. In hindsight I should have spaced each line a little closer. But I didn\'t realize that until I peeled the paper backing off. Not a big deal. I\'m still very happy with the end result. I chose dark grey matte to go against a pale blue wall. I\'m glad I did. It reminds me of the color of pencil lead, which looks nice in the script font. I like it.!
