  We are so happy with the tree decal we ordered! We put it up in the nursery for our new baby boy, Jack. All visitors and relatives over the past few days have been blown away by the tree and eager to log on to your site and cruise around. I hope it means more traffic to your site and more sales, too!   This is AWESOME!!!! it was the perfect touch to my daughters room!! the fairy with the dandelion is so cute and makes it so girly in her room. I'm now looking at something for the living room. your prices are great, the decal was so easy to put up, the shipping was fast and customer service was great.   I just love these decals. I am so indebted to Dali Decals for solving my decorating dilemmas. There are times when you just can't find the right something or you can't find the perfect picture with the right colors. I love them in children's rooms...they are a breath of fresh air. Picture frames can get a little stuffy.

  I love Dali Decals! I just finished putting up the flowers in my daughter's room and it is just super cute! They were amazingly easy to put on the wall and the directions couldn't be clearer! My husband was very skeptical because we have textured walls but it works great and looks awesome.

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
