  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I bought a sleeping koala decal for our baby's room two years ago. The color is still just as fresh as it was and it looks amazing. I know the site says they aren't reusable, but ours was! We transferred it onto parchment paper and rolled it up before our move and just last night replaced it onto the wall in our son's new room. It sticks just as well and looks just as good. I'm a very happy customer. It also came with a complimentary six cute birds and they transferred as well.

  I was in search of the "perfect" white, fluffy clouds for a serene, sky blue wall for our nursery and stumbled upon Dali Decals. I have to admit that the image online looked a bit photoshopped, so I was a bit hesitant to order them, but loved their other items online so I went ahead and did so.
  
  The big fluffy clouds are AWESOME! They look great and were easy to install - even at 9 months pregnant.
  
  Everyone who walked into that room immediately noticed the clouds and had tons of great things to say about their great look.
  
  We recently sold the home, and I was super sad to leave behind those cool clouds.
