  We ordered two decals (a tree and a set of owls) for our baby's nursery and we are thrilled with the results! The decals arrived extremely quickly. It took very little time to get them up and they look fantastic. People who saw the decals thought we had actually stenciled the tree and owls on the wall.   I absolutely love the decal I ordered! It was incredibly easy to apply and turned out amazing. The stark white fireplace in my apartment that nothing would stick to is now the center of attention! I have had so many compliments on it already!
  The only thing I would suggest for anyone putting up one of these is to make sure to keep small animals and children in another room during the process! Two obnoxious kittens was the only struggle I had!

  I purchased the cherry blossom tree in the wind decal for my daughter's bedroom. It turned out exactly as I envisioned it (lots of design for a little money)! Although, it was time consuming to put up, the included instructions and the video on your website made it easy. I am definitely recommending your company to friends and family!

  I used Dali Decals to decorate my nursery. I could not have asked for a more beautiful and professional looking product. I was so pleased!! My husband and I chose to place her name on the wall and we decided to throw in the $10 Bird decals. All that I can say is that any decal you can get from Dali decals for $10 is a STEAL!! We have Gotten so many compliments about our nursery and everyone compliments us on our wall. The instructions were easy to follow and they look awesome on the wall!!!! One year later and I am back to purchase a decal for her new toy box.

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem.
