  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I absolutely love the decal I ordered! It was incredibly easy to apply and turned out amazing. The stark white fireplace in my apartment that nothing would stick to is now the center of attention! I have had so many compliments on it already!
  The only thing I would suggest for anyone putting up one of these is to make sure to keep small animals and children in another room during the process! Two obnoxious kittens was the only struggle I had!

  This is a great company to work with. I checked the no box to the question...Do you have textured walls? I didnt think my wall was textured but I guess is it very slightly. Even though I ordered the decal with the wrong adhesive they sent me a new one with the right adhesive! Most companies would just say "sorry, you made the mistake not us", and hang up. I am shocked! I will tell everyone about this company! I havnt gotten my new decal so maybe I should wait and see if it sticks before I write this. I'll let ya know:)
