  Hey, just a shout out to one of your employees, David T. I inquired about Dali making some bike decals for me, and David took the reigns, made sure my document was a good size, resolution. His communication was great. By the way he treated me, you would think I was some big shot inquiring about a bulk order. I am not. I only wanted decals for my bike.

  Customer service=A+++ I love these decals. I ordered the bubbles/circles in hot pink, green, and aquarium blue to match my 10 year old daughters new bedroom. One black wall, three lime burst green walls. I put all the different color bubbles on the black wall and it has turned out GREAT! a few pink and blue scattered on the other walls. Perfect!!!   I moved into this house almost 3 yrs ago and have a vaulted staircase. I had no idea what to do with it until I saw this Cherry Blossom Tree.. I have had this decal for about 2 yrs and still get compliments on it. The staircase is a multi level staircase and I had the flowers float up the wall like the wind was taking them away. We recently moved and the tree had to come down. Boo! I have to say though after two plus yrs. the decal came off and left no residue and took no paint off. I am trying to figure where I want my new family tree now in my new home. Thanks for making great decals.

  Incredible customer service! I ordered the Fairy Girl on the Moon in Soft Pink Matte. The pink was a little brighter than I had envisioned, so I contacted Dali Decal to see what my options were. They were very responsive and helpful, and I was able to exchange the decal for a different color. I just received the replacement decal in the new color (Teal Matte) and it looks amazing in my daughter's room!! It was easy to put on the wall and just looks beautiful. Highly recommend these products and Dali Decal's service is excellent!
