  I had ordered the Bubbles in two colors (choc brown and orange) for my studio apartment back in Nov 08. I apologize for writing this a year later but the decals have been holding up. I remember the buying process was smooth, easy to navigate website and color options were numerous. The instructions were easy to follow. The bubbles have given my apt a very chic and hip look. I went out and bought matching drapes, furniture and knick-knacks to accentuate the colors in my apt. I even painted two accent walls choc brown and green (the orange gives it a kick). Thank you!   Several weeks back I had the opportunity to work with one of your employees on a custom decal. Since then I replaced the hard-drive on my computer, so I lost all of our email correspondences. This means I don't remember her name. For some reason Marisa comes to mind. Anyway, I'm just sending this much overdue email to compliment both Marisa and Dali on the decal I received.
  
  I've ordered decals previously from you and was so happy with them that I got the idea to do something custom for my master bedroom. Whenever I show it to family and friends they're highly impressed with it. The fonts that were suggested to me really gave the decal a personal touch, and Marisa was so patient with me while we were working on what the decal would say.
  
  I'm so glad I found you guys and have gladly told several of my friends where and how I got my decals.

  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I got a set of the Ornate Floral Pattern in white to put on a blue wall in my bedroom and we LOVE them! They look great and really add a cool element to the room.
