Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   Hi Marisa, the decals came in the mail yesterday and we put the branch up already. It's perfect!!! The size works great!! Thank you so much for all of the different sized birdies!! I haven't put any on yet, but have taped a few to the wall to see which size looks best. I will take pictures as promised once i get it all finished. I am so excited!! It really added a modern and natural feel to the room that will go with the rest of our home's style. I can NOT thank you enough! I have already been telling several friends about your site and how great you have been to work with. Great customer service is very hard to come by these days, and it is very much appreciated!   I recently purchased and installed the Swirling Tree. I chose dalidecal because they were responsive through the whole ordering process. My tree was nicely packaged and arrived as promised. The product was easy to work with and manuever as long as you did not press too hard when positioning it on the wall. Once it was at the right spot, the flat applicator helped remove any air bubbles. My suggestion is to cut the excess backing off before beginning to overlap any pieces. The final product turned out great. Definitely suggested this company to my family and friends. They will not disappoint you and are willing to help with any questions.

  I love my inspirational quote decal! It\'s on the wall in my bathroom. It was pretty easy to put up. Although I admit I did try to make rocket science out of getting it perfectly straight. But I knew once it was up it was there to stay so I wanted to get it right. In hindsight I should have spaced each line a little closer. But I didn\'t realize that until I peeled the paper backing off. Not a big deal. I\'m still very happy with the end result. I chose dark grey matte to go against a pale blue wall. I\'m glad I did. It reminds me of the color of pencil lead, which looks nice in the script font. I like it.!

  Dear Alicia,, thank you and your company for going above and beyond to help me get my decal up.I am so happy with the ease that it went up and the saying " Home is where our story begins" is so special to me because it is what our children had put on our cake last year as we celebrated our 50the wedding anniversary... Now I have it in my living
