  A+++++++ artists! Dali Decals custom-made this design from nothing. All I knew was I wanted chains and thorns... and they made it into something amazing!!! They took the ball and ran with it... and came up with the most amazing design I've ever seen! And they got it done fast enough that I could have it in time for a party I was throwing.   Wow! I just added a monogram to my daughter's bedroom wall. It completes the room perfectly. I would use a decal again in a heartbeat. This was my first use of one, and I am so impressed at how it fills a wall and a room.

  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I bought the fairy with magical wand and stars for my daughters room. I waited to put it up when I would have plenty of time, thinking it would be difficult. 15 minutes later I was done and it was perfect. She loves it and it really adds to her room, more than just a picture or poster would. The invioce even had a handwritten note to help me with the instructions. Not many companies would take time to do that. I am trying to figure out where I need another decal now.

  We love Dali Decals! We designed our own quote decal to hang on the wall behind the head table at our wedding, since we were not allowed to permanantly "attach" anything to the wall. We added daisy decals in our wedding colors (orange and green) around the quote. It looked so beautiful - like the wall had been painted to our specifications! Took us just a little while to figure out how to hang them, but once we got the hang of it, it went really quickly - and they came off the wall without any damage to the paint AT ALL. We will definitely be using Dali Decals again!
