Great Customer Service! - I purchased 1 set of the poppies for my daughters room and realized I needed another set - I put in a request for the birds to be in mirror image and I recieved the requested birds and more! - Dalidecals went above and beyond and included more birds of various sizes at no extra cost - I am impressed with the personal service and I will be putting another order in today for some butterflies for above her crib :) Thanks DaliDecals for a job well done!

  I am VERY happy not only with my decal, but with the company. The decal ends up being just letters (if you ordered a quote) and not a big piece of plastic as what I was anticipating so it looks REALLY professional and awesome.
  
  What I loved about the service, though, was how easy it was to order, and even though I somehow didn't get an apostrophe up on the wall, I simply e-mailed them and they overnighted a replacement. I was SO thrilled with that level of service.

  I just ordered a name graphic and stars for our new nursery and everyone is so impressed. The decals arrived super quickly, and they were so easy to use!   Customer service at Dali is out of this world. And this is coming from a 3rd generation family business guy. They were super knowledgeable prior to placing my order and after i placed my order the graphics guy Robert had a couple questions about my sizing which he suggested a couple things that made more sense. I would suggest Dali to anyone out there!! GO DALI!!!
