  We ordered the small cherry blossom branch in matte black and white about two weeks ago and finally had the opportunity to put up in my bedroom today. My husband and I put it up this morning and it was very easy to do! I have to say that my room looks AWESOME!!! I redecorated it to have an oriental feel - I actually got my inspiration from the cherry blossom branch! Needless to say, we are very happy with the decal!   There really isn't a way to fully tell you how impressed I have been with Dali Decals, other than to tell you that this shop and its customer service reps go above and beyond the call of happy customer service. Not only would I be happy to do business with Dali Decals again but I would fully recommend them to everyone.

  We were opening a new store in N.C. and had met the owners of Dali at a radio station\'s seminar. So thankful that our paths crossed. They have done such wonderful work for us. We have a beautiful Window Decal that has brought attention to our store (which is a major benefit for us; visibility!!!) We have a decals on each of our vehicles, (2 large decals on the work van), as well as a large decal inside the store on the main wall as you walk in the door. Thank you Dali Decals!!!

  Customer service=A+++ I love these decals. I ordered the bubbles/circles in hot pink, green, and aquarium blue to match my 10 year old daughters new bedroom. One black wall, three lime burst green walls. I put all the different color bubbles on the black wall and it has turned out GREAT! a few pink and blue scattered on the other walls. Perfect!!!   I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
