  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   We lived in an apartment when our daughter was born, so naturally turned to decals as a way to decorate her room. Dali had been recommended to us, so we thought we'd give them a try. We were NOT disappointed!!! The quality of the decal that we ordered was OUT OF THIS WORLD. It was easy to apply and looked almost like it was painted on the wall. We got so many compliments on it. Cut to two years later and it's time to move - the decal came off and didn't even leave a smudge. THANK YOU, Dali Decals. You guys rule!!

  I love my inspirational quote decal! It\'s on the wall in my bathroom. It was pretty easy to put up. Although I admit I did try to make rocket science out of getting it perfectly straight. But I knew once it was up it was there to stay so I wanted to get it right. In hindsight I should have spaced each line a little closer. But I didn\'t realize that until I peeled the paper backing off. Not a big deal. I\'m still very happy with the end result. I chose dark grey matte to go against a pale blue wall. I\'m glad I did. It reminds me of the color of pencil lead, which looks nice in the script font. I like it.!
