  Several weeks back I had the opportunity to work with one of your employees on a custom decal. Since then I replaced the hard-drive on my computer, so I lost all of our email correspondences. This means I don't remember her name. For some reason Marisa comes to mind. Anyway, I'm just sending this much overdue email to compliment both Marisa and Dali on the decal I received.
  
  I've ordered decals previously from you and was so happy with them that I got the idea to do something custom for my master bedroom. Whenever I show it to family and friends they're highly impressed with it. The fonts that were suggested to me really gave the decal a personal touch, and Marisa was so patient with me while we were working on what the decal would say.
  
  I'm so glad I found you guys and have gladly told several of my friends where and how I got my decals.

  I just ordered a name graphic and stars for our new nursery and everyone is so impressed. The decals arrived super quickly, and they were so easy to use!   I just applied a set of fun ocean decals in the bath at our lake house. I spent a little time planning out spacing, then tested out the spacing by hanging them on the wall using blue painter's tape. Then I followed the directions and in just a couple of hours had totally changed the look of the room! Very cool, very professional looking, and unique! My husband was genuinely impressed at the final product, and it makes me smile every time I go into the room. Thanks!

  Incredible customer service! I ordered the Fairy Girl on the Moon in Soft Pink Matte. The pink was a little brighter than I had envisioned, so I contacted Dali Decal to see what my options were. They were very responsive and helpful, and I was able to exchange the decal for a different color. I just received the replacement decal in the new color (Teal Matte) and it looks amazing in my daughter's room!! It was easy to put on the wall and just looks beautiful. Highly recommend these products and Dali Decal's service is excellent!
