  I am extremely pleased with the butterfly decals purchased for our daughter's nursery. They really complete the room and look like hand painted art.   Dali Decals … I am in love with your product! After initially ordering your 6 piece turtles in pistachio matte, I installed them on my son’s nursery wall only to find they weren’t exactly the right color. I called your customer service and spoke with one of your fabulous representatives who took the time to help me pick out the right color to reorder. I was hoping to get the replacements “soon”, little did I know they’d show up THE NEXT DAY! The new “olive” turtles are up on the wall and we LOVE them. Thank you so much for going out of your way to provide exceptional customer service, you have a new customer for life! … We are already planning on our next order for our spare bathroom.

  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I just wanted to share how beautiful your work looks above our fireplace. We are so in love with the custom decal! It was super, super easy to put up, and it changed the whole look of that area. Everyone who has seen it is in awe! Between the symbolism and the workmanship, it is truly a work of art. It's not shiny or "sticker" looking at all, and there are no areas of glue left around it. It looks painted right on the wall!
  
  We also ordered the compass rose, which looks fantastic too! I will send of picture of that later, as the rest of the room isn't done yet. We've gotten lots of compliments on that decal also. Part of my job involves drawing maps, so I've always been partial to cool looking compasses, and yours is by far the coolest I have seen!
  
  We have (and will continue to) recommend you and your company to all of our friends. We are beyond happy with the product and can't wait to get the wall prepped for our dandelion! Your decals are very much like tattoo's - one and you're hooked.

  We got the decal (Happy Owls & Birds in a Colorful Tree) on Friday and just put it up today. It took about an hour (including cutting up the big roll into sections) to put up! So easy (and I'm 39 weeks pregnant)!
  
  Looks fantastic! This picture is the view from my nursing chair in the baby's room.
  We are going to use the orange owl color as an accent color around the nursery.
