  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   A huge "Thank you" for designing a banner that now hangs on the window of the Mayport USO. Not only were your design ideas great, your customer service was phenomenal, fast and you made the whole process EASY!
  Design application was quick and seamless...especially important since the 'banner' was applied over the door -12 feet off the ground!

  I just wanted to thank Dali Decals and the wonderful rep in Florida who assisted with decals for my wedding. She was phenominial and so were my decals. They were used for glass vases in the centerpieces and were a complete hit! I wish I could remember her name bc she made the process so painless, they had to be customized monograms and it took her less than a day to make my idea come alive!

  I am VERY happy not only with my decal, but with the company. The decal ends up being just letters (if you ordered a quote) and not a big piece of plastic as what I was anticipating so it looks REALLY professional and awesome.
  
  What I loved about the service, though, was how easy it was to order, and even though I somehow didn't get an apostrophe up on the wall, I simply e-mailed them and they overnighted a replacement. I was SO thrilled with that level of service.
