  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite. I'm looking forward to receiving my products, and I'll be sure to recommend your company to others. Thank you!

  I so rarely write anything like this that it takes something EXCEPTIONALLY good to overcome my inherent laziness!
  
  With that said, first of all! I ordered a small $10 decal to see if Dali Decals was as good as they seemed or if it was just hype.
  
  Well, that worked out well and they have a super awesome shipping box (wait til you see it) so I decided to do a custom order.
  
  I had a couple issues with the Illustrator file and Alicia from support gave me *BY FAR* the best support I've had from any company in any industry for at least the past 3 years. It is *SOOOO RARE* these days to find a company that has a quality product with a quality website and quality ordering and quality support. I recommend Dali Decals to anyone who will listen.   I am so excited about this site. I bought a decal for my bedroom over a yr ago that I received many compliments on. Unfortunately due to a hurricane I had extreme flood condition in my home. I called Dali and spoke with a representative that sent me my exact order back @ a discounted rate! They helped me so much. It was a weight lifted off of my shoulders. I am so grateful for them.

  I ordered 3 quotes to put on my walls and I was extremely satisfied! They look great and they went on very easily. I would recommend these decals to anyone and will most likely purchase from Dali Decals again.
