Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I absolutely love this decal and have received SO many compliments on it already. (I ordered the cherry blossom tree!) DaliDecals shipped it to me very quickly and sent everything I needed (and then some!). Can't recommend them enough.

  The best customer service I have ever recieved-----my first couple of decals I messed up the application. Dali Decals replaced the decals which I had ruined----NO CHARGE---
  
  I decorated my kitchen----I have WWII airplanes all over my bathroom with bombs dropping towards toilet bowl--
  
  Bedroom has decal " RELAXATION"
  on wall facing bed----
