  My name is Amanda. I recently purchased an order that contained a few decals that were damaged during shipping. Upon calling you guys, your customer service was outstanding. I received the replacement roll today and they are perfect. I wanted to write this email because I used to work in customer service and rarely did the comments that we received ever contained positive feedback. Your company approached the problem in a timely manner and I have to tell you that I am now a customer for life. Plus I will refer all my family and friends to your website.   I had the large cherry blossom branch up in my apartment for over 2 years and it never peeled off, cracked, wilted, or anything like that. It remained perfect throughout hot temperature, air conditioning, humidity, etc. When I removed it, it came off no problem without a trace on the wall. It was beautiful; the only reason I even removed it is because I moved out. The branch and all of the blossoms came as separate pieces, which although time consuming to put up was well worth it because I could arrange it however I wanted. They provided more than enough of the blossoms, I even had extra left over. All in all, great quality products and fantastic customer service!

  Dear Dali Wall Decals,
  
  I just wanted to share a picture with you all...while my original intention was to use your large infinity symbol decal on our handmade wedding "guest book" it didn't quite work out that way. The decal didn't adhere totally flat due to the wood being uneven so I decided to use the decal as a stencil! However, the names did lay flat, but they just weren't the right color for the project. So after a 10 minute chat with an incredibly helpful Dali employee I had new name decals special ordered! Just wanted to thank you for always taking care of your customers! Now, my husband and I are working on placing your Robot decals in our baby's nursery....so more pictures to come!
