  We recently received our decals (giant tree with falling leaves and set of 7 cute birds) and wanted to let you know we were more than pleased with the outcome!   Bought the Medium size alphabet tree decal. changed up the leaf colors to soft blue, soft green, and bronze. and after a couple hours - we have a GREAT wall mural for our nursery. easy to follow direction, reliable product, and fast delivery. am already thinking of what else we could do in the house with dali decals!   This is a great company to work with. I checked the no box to the question...Do you have textured walls? I didnt think my wall was textured but I guess is it very slightly. Even though I ordered the decal with the wrong adhesive they sent me a new one with the right adhesive! Most companies would just say "sorry, you made the mistake not us", and hang up. I am shocked! I will tell everyone about this company! I havnt gotten my new decal so maybe I should wait and see if it sticks before I write this. I'll let ya know:)

  We used the Modern Mosaics to update my mom's kitchen. It's statement says clean, crisp and thoroughly new! It was shipped in a large tube, no folds or creases. The quality is a heavy duty decal which will be able to stand up to any kitchen for many years. Way to go Dali Decals, we'll be return customers.

  I ordered the peacock tree and asked my husband to hang it for me. When I came home, he hung the right side TOTALLY wrong. I emailed to see if I could get just the right side of the decal replaced. I received a response almost immediately. They re-sent me the right side of the tree for only a small fee. What a relief that I didn't have to buy the entire tree again. GREAT customer service. Super fast shipping. Fantastic product. I've purchased Dali decals before but based on the customer service alone, I would most definitely order again!
