Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I ordered 10 custom decals for my company- huge colorful "Code of Conduct" decals to hang all over around the building. The customer service I received, both when I called with a question and when I was contacted because I'm bad at math and didn't use the right dimensions, was stellar.   I live in apartment and painting wasn't allowed so I opted to go with this wall decal to add visual interest to a large beige wall. Installation was easy and so was removal (I'm moving in a few days). I had my decal up for five years which, to me, is evidence of high quality materials. I highly recommend this product.
