You all responded so quickly to my inquiries in creating our decal for our son to be's nursery and were so kind and easy to work with when there was a mistake in the colors. I just really appreciate the customer service and feel that sometimes we forget to say thank you. Thanks for making me smile every time I walk past his room.

  We lived in an apartment when our daughter was born, so naturally turned to decals as a way to decorate her room. Dali had been recommended to us, so we thought we'd give them a try. We were NOT disappointed!!! The quality of the decal that we ordered was OUT OF THIS WORLD. It was easy to apply and looked almost like it was painted on the wall. We got so many compliments on it. Cut to two years later and it's time to move - the decal came off and didn't even leave a smudge. THANK YOU, Dali Decals. You guys rule!!

  I ordered the peacock tree and asked my husband to hang it for me. When I came home, he hung the right side TOTALLY wrong. I emailed to see if I could get just the right side of the decal replaced. I received a response almost immediately. They re-sent me the right side of the tree for only a small fee. What a relief that I didn't have to buy the entire tree again. GREAT customer service. Super fast shipping. Fantastic product. I've purchased Dali decals before but based on the customer service alone, I would most definitely order again!
