  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   We got the decal (Happy Owls & Birds in a Colorful Tree) on Friday and just put it up today. It took about an hour (including cutting up the big roll into sections) to put up! So easy (and I'm 39 weeks pregnant)!
  
  Looks fantastic! This picture is the view from my nursing chair in the baby's room.
  We are going to use the orange owl color as an accent color around the nursery.

  They are just amazing!!! I placed my order thinking I was going to get something cheap and different then what I see in the picture but they proved me wrong. I got exactly what I ordered and even more. It was as I saw it in the picture and it was the exact colors I wanted. I have ordered 12 birds I got 16 I have ordered a personalized name sticker for the wall and I forgot to put two of the initials and I was concerned that if I call back they will charge me full price for it again but yet again they proved me wrong. They only charged me for shipping. They are truly the best online company I have ever ordered from. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that asks for wall décor. I will also reorder from them if I need anything else for my children or myself. Great customer service, fast, efficient, organized and much much more.   This is the second time I have ordered from Dali Decals and I am just as impressed with their products the second time around as I was the first time when I ordered them. They are so easy to put up. The quality of their products cannot be any better. They are made to last and my first purchase several years ago is proof of that.
