I thought it was going to be put all together, but nevertheless, it is still worth it and makes the babies room that much more inviting! Easy to put up with wonderful clear instructions.   I am so excited about this site. I bought a decal for my bedroom over a yr ago that I received many compliments on. Unfortunately due to a hurricane I had extreme flood condition in my home. I called Dali and spoke with a representative that sent me my exact order back @ a discounted rate! They helped me so much. It was a weight lifted off of my shoulders. I am so grateful for them.

  I am VERY happy not only with my decal, but with the company. The decal ends up being just letters (if you ordered a quote) and not a big piece of plastic as what I was anticipating so it looks REALLY professional and awesome.
  
  What I loved about the service, though, was how easy it was to order, and even though I somehow didn't get an apostrophe up on the wall, I simply e-mailed them and they overnighted a replacement. I was SO thrilled with that level of service.
