  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I just received and put up my decal, which was a Thoreau quote, some words in cursive, some were block letters. I am so pleased with the great quality, size and color of my decal. It truly is better than I had imagined.
  My only warning is that since the words on the quotes have a thin surface, be prepared to get to work putting it up, especially if it's a long quote. I would suggest having someone help you - I did it on my own and was really nervous about ruining it. Luckily I didn't, though, and it looks absolutely amazing!!

  Dear Alicia,, thank you and your company for going above and beyond to help me get my decal up.I am so happy with the ease that it went up and the saying " Home is where our story begins" is so special to me because it is what our children had put on our cake last year as we celebrated our 50the wedding anniversary... Now I have it in my living
