Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   We ordered the small cherry blossom branch in matte black and white about two weeks ago and finally had the opportunity to put up in my bedroom today. My husband and I put it up this morning and it was very easy to do! I have to say that my room looks AWESOME!!! I redecorated it to have an oriental feel - I actually got my inspiration from the cherry blossom branch! Needless to say, we are very happy with the decal!   We ordered the "Tree with Swirling and Spiraling Branches" in dark brown. BEAUTIFUL! Great customer service, they marked each piece for us so we knew which was the middle and the top. My husband says, "it looks like paint on the wall.' It took a little patience making sure each piece overlapped correctly and even though we didn't get it perfectly placed, you couldn't tell because the tree was so busy.

  The best customer service I have ever recieved-----my first couple of decals I messed up the application. Dali Decals replaced the decals which I had ruined----NO CHARGE---
  
  I decorated my kitchen----I have WWII airplanes all over my bathroom with bombs dropping towards toilet bowl--
  
  Bedroom has decal " RELAXATION"
  on wall facing bed----
