Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   My wife and I bought the "Tall Tree Waving in the Wind" and the "Swirling Poppies" decal sets for decorating our nursery, and we're very glad we did - they're so cute! We were a little intimidated by the process of putting up the tree at first, but with the help of the video tutorial on the site, we found it was actually very easy. Everyone who comes over raves about how great the decals look - we're surprised by how many people actually think the matte decals were painted on as they look so thin and smooth!   I just wanted to say thank you for such an amazing product. I recently ordered a decal and not only did I receive it quickly, but I was blown away by the quality and ease of placing it onto my surface.   I ordered one of my photos on a canvas print. I selected the wrong size and it would have completely changed the look of the shot. Instead of just printing it...they called me to let me know and offered to change it to be exactly what I wanted. When I got it in the mail...I was so thrilled with it! It is beautiful! I can't wait to put it on display at my next wedding show! Thank you Dali Decals! I know who to go to from now on!

  I live in apartment and painting wasn't allowed so I opted to go with this wall decal to add visual interest to a large beige wall. Installation was easy and so was removal (I'm moving in a few days). I had my decal up for five years which, to me, is evidence of high quality materials. I highly recommend this product.
