  I purchased the live, laugh, love swirly branch and love love love it! With a little help it was on the wall in no time and looks terrific. After I ordered I realized the size was too big for what I needed, I contacted Dali and they made a new one and shipped out right away. I will definitely recommend Dali Decals to everyone!

  I just finished putting up the retro spiral flowers in green and blue, and I must say, it looks excellent. I had anticipated that the decal would be far smaller than it was and boy was I surprised when it was so huge that it made the whole room! I really, really love your products. For the amount that you receive and the quality of the product, the prices are excellent! I will probably buy many more of your decals in the future and for sure will recommend your company to all my friends. I think that you should start posting your decals on Etsy, and maybe make a facebook fan group!

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem.   I love my decals. They were just as expected and were pretty easy to install. I will say the larger decals take a bit more work. I am very impress with the quality of decals and the speed of getting them to me.
