  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I have yet to order decals from any company but I have looked at a TON of sites during my search for the perfect decal for our newly painted bedroom in our NEW home!!!! This is the 1st site that has allowed me to change the wall, bedding, etc colors and I have been wishing for this feature since I started my search several days ago! This feature is AWESOME!!!   I ordered a blowing tree decal and felt a little overwhelmed at first when i received it. It was HUGE! I read the instructions (which were quite humurous) and it made me feel better about the process. It took me a while to put together, but the result is absolutely stunning. I placed the tree at the landing on my stairs and had the leaves blowing up the stairway. Everyone compliments me on how beautiful it is and a lot think I painted it! Not only did Dali Decals meet my expectations, they exceeded them. They sent me additioal decals that go along with the tree. A small gesture that went a long way.
