  I purchased the live, laugh, love swirly branch and love love love it! With a little help it was on the wall in no time and looks terrific. After I ordered I realized the size was too big for what I needed, I contacted Dali and they made a new one and shipped out right away. I will definitely recommend Dali Decals to everyone!

  I so rarely write anything like this that it takes something EXCEPTIONALLY good to overcome my inherent laziness!
  
  With that said, first of all! I ordered a small $10 decal to see if Dali Decals was as good as they seemed or if it was just hype.
  
  Well, that worked out well and they have a super awesome shipping box (wait til you see it) so I decided to do a custom order.
  
  I had a couple issues with the Illustrator file and Alicia from support gave me *BY FAR* the best support I've had from any company in any industry for at least the past 3 years. It is *SOOOO RARE* these days to find a company that has a quality product with a quality website and quality ordering and quality support. I recommend Dali Decals to anyone who will listen.   Every time I've placed an order with Dali Decals, it ships right away, and my box is always loaded with little extras. The staff at Dali Decals goes out of their way to make their customers happy, and it shows!

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.

  I love, love, love my new wall decal!
  It does look like if the flowers were painted on the wall - very original. I strongly recommend them to everyone who has empty walls.
  My decal consisted of 13 separate pieces, and pre-arranging them on the wall in the order and positioned I liked, took the longest. Adhering pieces to the wall was a piece of cake after the very first one.
  I am browsing the site for another decal, and deciding which wall to use next.
  What fun!
