  They are just amazing!!! I placed my order thinking I was going to get something cheap and different then what I see in the picture but they proved me wrong. I got exactly what I ordered and even more. It was as I saw it in the picture and it was the exact colors I wanted. I have ordered 12 birds I got 16 I have ordered a personalized name sticker for the wall and I forgot to put two of the initials and I was concerned that if I call back they will charge me full price for it again but yet again they proved me wrong. They only charged me for shipping. They are truly the best online company I have ever ordered from. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that asks for wall décor. I will also reorder from them if I need anything else for my children or myself. Great customer service, fast, efficient, organized and much much more.   I live in apartment and painting wasn't allowed so I opted to go with this wall decal to add visual interest to a large beige wall. Installation was easy and so was removal (I'm moving in a few days). I had my decal up for five years which, to me, is evidence of high quality materials. I highly recommend this product.

  Incredible customer service! I ordered the Fairy Girl on the Moon in Soft Pink Matte. The pink was a little brighter than I had envisioned, so I contacted Dali Decal to see what my options were. They were very responsive and helpful, and I was able to exchange the decal for a different color. I just received the replacement decal in the new color (Teal Matte) and it looks amazing in my daughter's room!! It was easy to put on the wall and just looks beautiful. Highly recommend these products and Dali Decal's service is excellent!
