Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I just wanted to let you know that I received my order today. I had accidentally ordered two sets of color samples and a wonderful representative from your company called to let me know. I was given the choice of having the two dollars refunded, or some extra decals sent to me. I just have to say that I am overwhelmed by these extra decals.   I just got my "Get Naked" decal and my birds on branches. I love them! The "get naked" one is terribly cute!! It looks great on my shower doors.

  I ordered the peacock tree and asked my husband to hang it for me. When I came home, he hung the right side TOTALLY wrong. I emailed to see if I could get just the right side of the decal replaced. I received a response almost immediately. They re-sent me the right side of the tree for only a small fee. What a relief that I didn't have to buy the entire tree again. GREAT customer service. Super fast shipping. Fantastic product. I've purchased Dali decals before but based on the customer service alone, I would most definitely order again!
