I thought it was going to be put all together, but nevertheless, it is still worth it and makes the babies room that much more inviting! Easy to put up with wonderful clear instructions.   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I am so glad that I found this website. The first time I ordered the airplane with the runway. People have been so amazed at how huge it really is. The wing-tips on the plane spreads across my son's wall. He loves it. We then found the need to purchase the airplane w/the parachuting man. This theme has made a dramatic enhancement to his room...He doesn't want to leave his room!!!

  IN LOVE!! i bought the fairy with wand on the moon in matte raspberry for my baby girls nursery. Painted the walls pink, and it turned out amazing!! it was easy to place by myself, and looks just like it was painted on the wall. I could not be happier!!
