  Hey, just a shout out to one of your employees, David T. I inquired about Dali making some bike decals for me, and David took the reigns, made sure my document was a good size, resolution. His communication was great. By the way he treated me, you would think I was some big shot inquiring about a bulk order. I am not. I only wanted decals for my bike.

  You guys have a very good product with excellent customer service. Instead of just painting a room to look like a nursery or hiring a professional artist, we took the time to place a large order through your web site and over a few weeks, we developed our own theme using your decals. The application of them, the quality of them, the ease of use, and the flexibility to allow us to do what we wanted to create an original nursery was absolutely perfect. There is no doubt we would come back and order more for future use.
  
  The comments from people who have seen the nursery range from "it looks like something out of a catalog" to "You had someone come in and paint all of this, it looks amazing". People are shocked when they realize 1) we used decals and 2) we did everything ourselves.

  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I ordered the cherry blossom branch for my bedroom hallway. Background was a light grey and it looked really plain so I needed something to make it look a bit more attractive. This did the trick! Absolutely beautiful! It was so easy to apply to the wall and the colors were absolutely fabulous! I ordered an extra set of blossoms to create a falling effect and it looks great! I get so many compliments about the design and people ask me were I got such a great painting from!! They're so surprised to hear that it's a decal! I am looking for more decals for my other rooms in the house!!!
