  My wife and I bought the "Tall Tree Waving in the Wind" and the "Swirling Poppies" decal sets for decorating our nursery, and we're very glad we did - they're so cute! We were a little intimidated by the process of putting up the tree at first, but with the help of the video tutorial on the site, we found it was actually very easy. Everyone who comes over raves about how great the decals look - we're surprised by how many people actually think the matte decals were painted on as they look so thin and smooth!   I ordered the Victorian Flowers - Personalized Monogram wall decal and it looks absolutely beautiful in my living room. It was easy to put up, and I plan on ordering more decals in the near future.

  I just wanted to share how beautiful your work looks above our fireplace. We are so in love with the custom decal! It was super, super easy to put up, and it changed the whole look of that area. Everyone who has seen it is in awe! Between the symbolism and the workmanship, it is truly a work of art. It's not shiny or "sticker" looking at all, and there are no areas of glue left around it. It looks painted right on the wall!
  
  We also ordered the compass rose, which looks fantastic too! I will send of picture of that later, as the rest of the room isn't done yet. We've gotten lots of compliments on that decal also. Part of my job involves drawing maps, so I've always been partial to cool looking compasses, and yours is by far the coolest I have seen!
  
  We have (and will continue to) recommend you and your company to all of our friends. We are beyond happy with the product and can't wait to get the wall prepped for our dandelion! Your decals are very much like tattoo's - one and you're hooked.

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
