Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I am extremely pleased with the butterfly decals purchased for our daughter's nursery. They really complete the room and look like hand painted art.   I bought the "At the worst, a house unkept cannot be so distressing as a life unlived" quote and placed it over my kitchen sink with new lighting. Everything from the ordering to the installation was very simple. This had a huge impact on our little kitchen area. I love it!

  The best customer service I have ever recieved-----my first couple of decals I messed up the application. Dali Decals replaced the decals which I had ruined----NO CHARGE---
  
  I decorated my kitchen----I have WWII airplanes all over my bathroom with bombs dropping towards toilet bowl--
  
  Bedroom has decal " RELAXATION"
  on wall facing bed----
