I received the replacement roll today and they are perfect. I wanted to write this email because I used to work in customer service and rarely did the comments that we received ever contained positive feedback.   When I purchased my Dali Decal I told them I first heard of them via Tugg :):) They threw in a few extra Decals, they are SO sweet!   Incredible customer service! I ordered the Fairy Girl on the Moon in Soft Pink Matte. The pink was a little brighter than I had envisioned, so I contacted Dali Decal to see what my options were. They were very responsive and helpful, and I was able to exchange the decal for a different color. I just received the replacement decal in the new color (Teal Matte) and it looks amazing in my daughter's room!! It was easy to put on the wall and just looks beautiful. Highly recommend these products and Dali Decal's service is excellent!
