  A+++++++ artists! Dali Decals custom-made this design from nothing. All I knew was I wanted chains and thorns... and they made it into something amazing!!! They took the ball and ran with it... and came up with the most amazing design I've ever seen! And they got it done fast enough that I could have it in time for a party I was throwing.   I purchased my first and second wall decal from Dali. Great product, easy to install great quality. I purchased a third from another company (sorry), not so easy to use, difficult to install not as good of a product overall. I am back to create a custom quote from Dali.   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I ordered the cherry blossom branch for my bedroom hallway. Background was a light grey and it looked really plain so I needed something to make it look a bit more attractive. This did the trick! Absolutely beautiful! It was so easy to apply to the wall and the colors were absolutely fabulous! I ordered an extra set of blossoms to create a falling effect and it looks great! I get so many compliments about the design and people ask me were I got such a great painting from!! They're so surprised to hear that it's a decal! I am looking for more decals for my other rooms in the house!!!

  I just wanted to thank you for a superb job you recently did for me for my nephew's birthday present. I wanted both a guitar and saxophone wall decals for his bedroom. I found your site and after talking to your design consultants, had a few designs to choose from that would work. Both decals were printed and shipped quickly and arrived on time.
