  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I just received my decal and put it up right away. It is just amazing! I ordered the large "Love" quote in burgundy and its perfect! The color matches the site's color exactly. The company recommends getting the semi-gloss decals for textured walls, which I agree with. I tried both but the semi-gloss works much better on texture. Both look great on non-textured walls. Not only did they send my decal quickly, but they also sent some adorable bird decals for free (in addition to some practice decals). They were the perfect addition to the room. Dali Decals has given me great service both times I have ordered from them and I will certainly be buying more decals in the future!

  I just wanted to share a picture with you all...while my original intention was to use your large infinity symbol decal on our handmade wedding "guest book" it didn't quite work out that way. The decal didn't adhere totally flat due to the wood being uneven so I decided to use the decal as a stencil! However, the names did lay flat, but they just weren't the right color for the project. So after a 10 minute chat with an incredibly helpful Dali employee I had new name decals special ordered! Just wanted to thank you for always taking care of your customers! Now, my husband and I are working on placing your Robot decals in our baby's nursery....so more pictures to come!
